Red Cherry Projects is led by Chris Cherry MA, a policy adviser, change strategist and assessment specialist with senior leadership experience across UK and international education.
Chris works directly with government departments and national sector bodies on T Levels, apprenticeship standards and the infrastructure behind major reform. He brings the credibility to operate at policy level and the practical experience to translate national ambition into sustainable organisational change.
His governance experience includes chairing Ada, the National College for Digital Skills, and Harbour Learning Trust, a large and complex multi-academy trust, alongside trustee and non-executive roles across education and industry. This gives clients direct access to senior judgement grounded in governance, operational reality and improvement.
